Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

I had a few moments to tap this out so here is my recipe for homemade chicken soup with my own broth.
1 whole chicken roasted and cooled somewhat
carrots
celery
onion
salt
pepper
sage (fresh or dried)
garlic, in any form

remove all meat from the  chicken and set meat aside
save the bones to make your broth
take the chicken bones, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 stalk of celery(roughly cut), garlic, some salt and some pepper and put in a large pot add water(at least 8 cups) and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer at least 2 hours(or more) adding water if needed. When this is done you will toss out all the veggies and the bones and strain the broth to remove any unwanted pieces.
Taste broth to see if you need to add seasoning like the sage, more garlic or anything you like. It really depends on what you like. Peel, and slice carrots and add to broth, cut celery and add, chop onion and add, add meat and salt pepper and garlic. Simmer and during the last 10 min or so add your noodles. Serve and Enjoy!
